A Workshop by the Romer Labs APAC Solutions Centre, the exclusive event for customers was held in Bangkok with the topic “Allergen free? The role of testing in your food allergen management program”.
At this workshop, customers could learn about allergen risk assessment in the production workflow and some practical ways to carry out analysis in their food allergen management plan. The workshop also provides a unique knowledge-sharing platform for food manufacturers to exchange knowledge and experience in food allergen management with professional speakers from Romer Labs.
The seminar session featured on global regulations providing insightful food allergen situation in global, covering a prevalence, regulation issues, trends of food allergen, labeling as well as introducing a special promotion on allergen analytical service from Romer Labs APAC Solutions Centre to food manufactures in Thailand. Moreover, allergen management, allergen analysis and risk review scenario as well as product recall case study were also discussed with highly interested from more than 40 attendees together with speakers coming from abroad.
