เดนมาร์กเดินหน้าผลักดันแสดงศักยภาพเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม พร้อมจับมือผู้ผลิตไทยสร้างครัวของโลกแบบยั่งยืน
เมื่อวันที่ 28 กันยายน 2566 ที่ผ่านมา สถานทูตเดนมาร์ก ประจำประเทศไทย ร่วมกับ อุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ประเทศไทย (อวท.) ผนึกกำลังจัดงานประชุมเชิงธุรกิจ โดยเน้นให้ความรู้และนำเสนอโซลูชันสำหรับ อุตสาหกรรมอาหารและปศุสัตว์จากเดนมาร์กเพื่อช่วยส่งเสริมการผลิตอาหารที่ยั่งยืนสำหรับโลก ภายใต้หัวข้อ Sustainable Food Production – More with Less ที่ห้องแกรนด์บอลรูม 1 โรงแรมสุโขทัย กรุงเทพฯ โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก
ฯพณฯ ยอน ธอร์กอร์ด เอกอัครราชทูตเดนมาร์ก ประจำประเทศไทย ให้เกียรติกล่าวเปิดงาน
On September 28, 2023, the Royal Danish Embassy in Thailand, in collaboration with Thailand Science Park (TSP), organized a round table business conference under the topic of “Sustainable Food Production – More with Less” which emphasizes knowledge and sustainable solutions for the food industry and livestock from Denmark to drive sustainable food production for the World at Grand Ballroom 1, Sukhothai Hotel, Bangkok. His Excellency Mr. Jon Thorgaard, Danish Ambassador to Thailand, honored and welcomed the conference opening ceremony.
งานประชุมหารือและจับคู่เชิงธุรกิจครั้งนี้ เป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการส่งเสริมธุรกิจของรัฐบาลเดนมาร์ก เพื่อเน้นความสำคัญด้านความยั่งยืนในห่วงโซ่อาหารของโลก ผ่านการนำเสนอเทคโนโลยีและองค์ความรู้ด้านความยั่งยืนที่เดนมาร์กได้สั่งสมมาอย่างยาวนาน สู่ผู้ประกอบการและนักธุรกิจในประเทศไทย โดย ฯพณฯ ยอน ธอร์กอร์ด เอกอัครราชทูตเดนมาร์ก ประจำประเทศไทย กล่าวถึงจุดประสงค์ของงานและความสำคัญของการผลิตแบบยั่งยืนว่า “เดนมาร์กถือเป็นประเทศผู้นำโลกในหลากหลายด้าน หนึ่งในนั้นคือ การปลุกกระแสเทคโนโลยีสีเขียว และความยั่งยืน ซึ่งเราค่อนข้างให้ความสำคัญเป็นอย่างมาก จึงทำให้เรามีความก้าวหน้าทางด้านอุตสาหกรรมและเทคโนโลยีสูง โดยเฉพาะศักยภาพทางด้านเทคโนโลยีสีเขียวต่างๆ ซึ่งการประชุมหารือและจับคู่เชิงธุรกิจที่จัดขึ้นครั้งนี้ เกิดขึ้นได้เพราะเราเห็นศักยภาพในอุตสาหกรรมอาหารของไทย ที่ได้ชื่อว่าเป็นครัวของโลกนั้นกำลังผลักดันเรื่องความยั่งยืนกันอย่างเข้มข้น และเราในฐานะผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีศักยภาพจึงพร้อมที่จะหารือและร่วมเป็นพาร์ทเนอร์ เพื่อช่วยผลักดันในประเด็นเรื่องการผลิตอย่างยั่งยืนนั้นเกิดขึ้นจริงและแพร่หลายมากขึ้น”
The round table business conferences held in Thailand aimed to promote Danish sustainable technology and businesses by emphasizing the world’s sustainability in the food supply chain, in which Denmark is known for its expertise to entrepreneurs and businesses in Thailand. HE Mr. Jon Thorgaard, Danish Ambassador to Thailand, added, “Denmark is considered a world leader in many areas. One of which is awakening the trend of green technology and sustainability, which we attach great importance to. As a result, we have a very high industrial and technological progress, especially in green technologies. We, thus, believe that our expertise in green technology can contribute and drive the progress of sustainability in Thailand’s livestock and food industry, known as the kitchen of the world, to the very success.”
งานประชุมเชิงธุรกิจครั้งนี้ยังได้รับเกียรติจากผู้ผลิตยักษ์ใหญ่ในวงการปศุสัตว์และอาหารของไทย รวมถึงตัวแทนจากภาครัฐเข้าร่วมหารือถึงสถานการณ์และความต้องการด้านความยั่งยืนในปัจจุบันของอุตสาหกรรมอาหารไทยด้วย อาทิ คุณวสิษฐ แต้ไพสิฐพงษ์ ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารและกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ บริษัท เบทาโกร จํากัด (มหาชน)

ทั้งนี้ งานประชุมดังกล่าวนับเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโปรแกรมการเยี่ยมเยียนเชิงธุรกิจของกระทรวงเกษตร อาหาร และการประมง ประเทศเดนมาร์ก เพื่อสร้างความตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการผลิตอาหารแบบยั่งยืนในปัจจุบัน ผ่านการนำคณะผู้บริหารของบริษัทยักษ์ใหญ่ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับปศุสัตว์และอาหารจากเดนมาร์ก อาทิเช่น Novozymes, Arla Foods, Essentia, Marel, R2Agro, VikingGenetics, Breeders, Danbred TribleA, Skov, Landmeco และ Spanvall เข้าร่วมหารือถึงโอกาสความร่วมมือกับนักธุรกิจในอุตสาหกรรมปศุสัตว์และอาหารของไทย
This round table business conference under the topic of “Sustainable Food Production – More with Less” is part of the business visit to Thailand held by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Fisheries, Denmark, to raise awareness of the importance of sustainable food production today. The Danish delegates and the executive team from the leading companies in livestock and food and beverage from Denmark attended and presented at the event, including Novozymes, Arla Foods, Essentia, Marel, R2Agro, VikingGenetics, Breeders, Danbred, TribleA, Skov, Landmeco and Spanvall.
นอกจากงานการประชุมและจับคู่เชิงธุรกิจในครั้งนี้แล้ว ฯพณฯ ยอน ธอร์กอร์ด ยังได้ให้เกียรติเปิดบ้านพักและจัดเลี้ยงต้อนรับคณะนักธุรกิจจากเดนมาร์กและไทย พร้อมจัดพิธีลงนาม “การสนับสนุนสายพันธุ์วัวแดงผ่านการบริจาคน้ำเชื้อและเอ็มบริโอ จาก VikingGenetics” บริษัทเพาะพันธุ์วัวยักษ์ใหญ่ จากเดนมาร์ก พร้อมกันนี้ถือโอกาสร่วมฉลองและลงนามแสดงความยินดีกับ กระทรวงเกษตร อาหารและการประมงของเดนมาร์ก ในวาระที่เนื้อวัวและซากวัวจากเดนมาร์กนั้นได้ผ่านการอนุมัติให้ส่งออกมายังประเทศไทยได้เป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้วอีกด้วย
At the end of the event, a networking dinner & reception for Danish companies and stakeholders together with their customers was specially held at the Danish Ambassador’s Residence. On this special occasion, the signing of appreciation of the Danish donation of 20 VikingRed Embryos and 20 VR Umegar PX-Vik semen to further develop the dairy red cow breed in Thailand and the signing of appreciation of the announcement of import approval and certification of Danish Beef and Edible Offal beef export from the Kingdom of Denmark to the Kingdom of Thailand were also held along.
