The HOTELEX Shanghai is a leading trade show of hospitality and catering industry. The exhibit categories including catering equipment, tableware, coffee & tea, food & beverage, bakery, ice cream, wine & spirits, and catering accessories. The HOTELEX Shanghai 2019 covered 230,000 m² exhibiting space with 2,567 domestic and overseas exhibitors from all over the world. During the 4 days exhibition, there were 159,267 professional buyers have visited the HOTELEX Shanghai 2019. Visitors were from 123 countries and regions around the world, including 5,502 overseas visitors.

10 professional forums and 20 industry events and performances would be held during the HOTELEX 2020, focusing on the frontier topics in the hotel and catering industry, delivering trend products and new ideas for the entire industry, discussing new products and business opportunities. The famous industry events including the coffee championships series authorized by World Coffee Events. On the purpose of propelling industry development, the show also dedicated to launching industry forums targeting customized industry solutions, having experienced speakers share business stories and operation strategies.
Shanghai Coffee & Foodie Festival
The Shanghai Coffee & Foodie Festival would be held at the same time, relies on the exhibition platform to create a coffee & gourmet show with more than 100 specialty cafes and popular street foods, which allowed visitors to enjoy coffee and foods from all over the world in one place.
The HOTELEX Shanghai 2020 will be held on 29 March – 1 April 2020, and will continue to improve soft power and focusing on service, trying to create an attractive exhibition environment that provides an interactive experience for visitors.
