งานแสดงสินค้าอาหารและนวัตกรรมแห่งลุ่มแม่น้ำโขงแบบครบวงจร BEYOND FOOD EXPO ยืน 1 Food Hub แห่งลุ่มแม่น้ำโขง ตอบโจทย์ครบทุกความต้องการด้านอาหาร
Beyond Food Expo 2022 เป็นงานแสดงสินค้าอาหารและนวัตกรรมแห่งลุ่มแม่น้ำโขง (กลุ่มประเทศ GMS) โดยเป็นการผนึกกำลังร่วมกันระหว่างหอการค้าจังหวัดขอนแก่นและศูนย์ประชุมและแสดงสินค้านานาชาติ (ศูนย์ประชุมฯ ไคซ์) จังหวัดขอนแก่น จัดขึ้นเป็นครั้งแรกระหว่างวันที่ 15-17 ธันวาคม 2565 ภายใต้คอนเซปต์ “Food, Feature to Fight” เป็นการนำเสนอความหลากหลายของอาหาร (Food) ผลักดันศักยภาพที่โดดเด่นของผู้ประกอบการ (Feature) ให้สามารถต่อสู้ (Fight) กับภาวะเศรษฐกิจที่มีความท้าทายอย่างยิ่งในปัจจุบัน โดยจัดแสดงสินค้าผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารและเครื่องดื่ม ทั้งหมด 8 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มสินค้าทางการเกษตรและออร์แกนิก อาหารโปรตีนจากพืช อาหารทางเลือกใหม่ อาหารฮาลาล อาหารจัดเลี้ยง อาหารแปรรูปและอาหารแห้ง ขนมของหวาน และเครื่องดื่ม ประกอบกับ 6 กลุ่มเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมทางด้านอาหาร อาทิ วัตถุดิบและสารเติมแต่งด้านอาหาร การบรรจุและฉลาก เครื่องมือสำหรับการแปรรูปอาหาร การรักษามาตรฐานความปลอดภัยในอาหาร ระบบห้องรักษาอุณหภูมิ ระบบลำเลียงอาหารและการขนส่ง เรียกได้ว่า เป็นงานแสดงสินค้าด้านอาหารและเครื่องดื่มผ่านกลุ่มผู้ประกอบการในอนุภูมิภาคแม่น้ำโขงแบบครบวงจร
Beyond Food Expo 2022 is the food and innovation trade show in the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS). The event is a collaborative effort between the Khon Kaen Chamber of Commerce and the Khon Kaen International Convention and Exhibition Center (KICE). Scheduled on 15-17 December 2022, the event will be organized under the “Food, Feature to Fight” theme to champion food diversity, promote the unique features of various entrepreneurs and enable businesses to fight amid the challenging economic situation. Eight food and beverages categories will be featured at the event, namely, Agricultural and Organic Products, Plant-based Protein Products, Alternative Foods, Halal Foods, Foods for Catering Businesses, Processed and Dry Foods, Desserts, and Drinks. Additionally, six food technology and innovation categories will be included – Raw Materials and Additives, Packaging and Labeling, Food Processing Machinery, Food Safety, and Quality Management, Temperature Control Systems, and Transportation and Logistics. The showcases will reinforce the expo’s leading position as the most comprehensive food and beverage trade show for entrepreneurs in the subregion.
