ภาคเหนือนับเป็นอีกหนึ่งจุดยุทธศาสตร์ที่สำคัญของประเทศไทย บริษัทอินฟอร์มา มาร์เก็ตส์ ประเทศไทย จึงได้เชิญสื่อทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ เข้าร่วมงาน “Food Technology Events by Informa Markets” ที่จ. เชียงใหม่ ซึ่งเป็นจังหวัดสำคัญของภาคเหนือ เพื่อให้ชาวต่างชาติได้เล็งเห็นถึงศักยภาพการผลิตของประเทศไทยสู่การเป็นศูนย์กลางในด้านอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตและบรรจุภัณฑ์อาหารและเครื่องดื่มของภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ สู่การเยี่ยมชมงาน “ProPak Asia 2023” และ “FI Asia 2023” ที่จะจัดขึ้นภายในปีนี้ โดยการเยี่ยมชมในครั้งนี้ ได้มีโอกาสเรียนรู้กระบวนการผลิต การแปรรูปและการบรรจุ รวมถึงนวัตกรรมด้านส่วนผสมอาหาร ผ่านการเยี่ยมชมโครงการและโรงงานต่างๆ ตั้งแต่อุตสาหกรรมขนาดเล็กจนถึงขนาดใหญ่ ดังนี้
