Kronen HEWA 3800 is a universal washing machine optimized for hygiene and cleaning. It is the continuous pre-washing, washing, disinfection, and treatment of both cut and whole vegetables, herbs, and fruit. The maximum capacity is 2,500 kg/hr. The entire machine can be dismantled for simple and thorough cleaning and has no horizontal surfaces, thus allowing the water to discharge optimally. The design concept ensures maximum hygiene, and all edges are designed to avoid the formation of biofilm.
