ProPak Asia 2024: ร่วมยกระดับความสำเร็จในกระบวนการผลิตและบรรจุภัณฑ์อย่างยั่งยืน
ProPak Asia 2024 งานแสดงเทคโนโลยีด้านกระบวนการผลิต การแปรรูปและบรรจุภัณฑ์ชั้นนำระดับเอเชีย จัดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 12–15 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2567 ที่ผ่านมา ณ ศูนย์นิทรรศการและการประชุมไบเทค บางนา โดย ProPak Asia 2024 เกิดขึ้นจากการผสานความร่วมมือของหน่วยงานต่างๆ ได้แก่ สถาบันวิจัยวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งประเทศไทย (วว.) สภาอุตสาหกรรม หอการค้าไทย และอินฟอร์มา มาร์เก็ตส์ เพื่อสนับสนุนนโยบายของภาครัฐในการผลักดันให้ประเทศไทยก้าวไปสู่ ’ครัวของโลก’ ภายใต้แนวคิด “Empowering Sustainability Processing & Packaging Success with Ideation, Innovation and Investment” หรือ“ยกระดับความสำเร็จในกระบวนการการผลิตและบรรจุภัณฑ์อย่างยั่งยืนด้วยแนวคิด นวัตกรรม และการลงทุน”
ฟู้ด โฟกัส ไทยแลนด์ นิตยสารหนึ่งเดียวที่เจาะลึกข้อมูล อัปเดตเทรนด์ และเทคโนโลยีล้ำสมัย ในอุตสาหกรรมอาหารเละเครื่องดื่ม ได้เข้าร่วมงานในฐานะสิ่งพิมพ์สนับสนุนหลักในครั้งนี้ด้วย ทีมบรรณาธิการจึงได้สัมภาษณ์บริษัทผู้ผลิตและผู้นำเข้าเทคโนโลยีชั้นนำในด้านเครื่องจักรการผลิต การบรรจุ และอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อแบ่งปันแนวความคิดเกี่ยวกับ “แนวทางในการลดความสูญเสีย 8 ประการ” ด้วยการนำอุปกรณ์ เครื่องจักรและเทคโนโลยีเหล่านั้น เข้ามาประยุกต์ใช้ในกระบวนการทำงาน เพื่อเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพในการผลิต รวมทั้งช่วยลดต้นทุนให้กับอุตสาหกรรมอาหารและเครื่องดื่มอย่างยั่งยืน เป็นคอลัมน์พิเศษสำหรับผู้อ่านทุกท่าน

ProPak Asia 2024, showcasing manufacturing, processing, and packaging technology, was held from 12 to 15 June 2024 at the Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC). ProPak Asia 2024, a powerful collaboration between the government and private sectors, namely the Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research (TISTR), the Federation of Thai Industries, the Thai Chamber of Commerce, and Informa Markets, is not just about showcasing the latest in technology. It’s about you, the audience, and your role in supporting the government’s aim to position Thailand. The 31st ProPak Asia adopted the concept “Empowering Sustainability Processing and Packaging Success with Ideation, Innovation, and Investment.
Food Focus Thailand, Thailand’s only trade publication offering insight into the food and beverage sector, participated in this event as a supporting media. We then used this occasion to interview industry leaders in processing, packaging, and associated equipment. They will share their ideas for “Eliminating the 8 wastes” in the food and beverage industry, including how equipment, machinery, technology, and services can be applied to enhance production efficiency and cut costs sustainably for food manufacturers.
