แม้ว่าสหรัฐเม็กซิโกจะไม่ใช่ประเทศคู่ค้าหลักของไทย แต่เรามีการส่งออกสินค้าเกษตรและอาหารบางอย่างไปยังเม็กซิโกอยู่บ้าง เช่น ผลไม้เมืองร้อน และอาหารฮาลาล แน่นอนว่าเม็กซิโกมีกฎหมายและมาตรฐานต่างๆ ที่ช่วยสร้างความปลอดภัยให้กับประชากรในประเทศ โดยข้อกฎหมายและข้อกำหนดหลักๆ ที่ผู้ที่สนใจจะทำการส่งออกไปยังเม็กซิโกควรทราบ แบ่งออกเป็น 5 ด้านดังนี้

The United Mexican States is not one of the major trading partners of Thailand, but we do export some agricultural and food products to Mexico, such as tropical fruits and halal food. The exports are governed by the key regulations and requirements that ensure the safety of Mexican consumers. Here are five key areas that those who are interested in exporting to Mexico should be aware of.

2. Animal Sanitation Law
3. The Federal Law for Plant Health
4. Quality requirements of food and agricultural products
5. Organic products
