ในสภาพแวดล้อมทางธุรกิจที่มีการแข่งขันสูง ภาคอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และโลจิสติกส์ รวมถึงอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร จำเป็นต้องมองหาเทคโนโลยีที่ล้ำสมัยเพื่อสร้างความได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขัน ทางบริษัท ซาโต้ ออโต้-ไอดี (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ได้ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของเทคโนโลยี RFID จึงได้จัดงานสัมมนาในหัวข้อ ‘Unlocking the Future: RFID’s Impact on Automotive, Electronics, and Logistics’ ณ โรงแรมคลาสสิค คามิโอ อยุธยา เมื่อวันพุธที่ 5 กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2568 ที่ผ่านมา เพื่อเผยแพร่เทคโนโลยีที่จะช่วยยกระดับอุตสาหกรรมให้ก้าวเข้าสู่โลกดิจิทัล
งานนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก ดร. สุทัด ครองชนม์ นายกสมาคมไทยไอโอที ที่ได้มาแบ่งปันความรู้เกี่ยวกับการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีการระบุตัวตนแบบไร้สายด้วยคลื่นวิทยุ (RFID) ในการติดตามและจัดการทรัพย์สิน พร้อมอุปกรณ์ที่จำเป็น พร้อมระบบซอฟต์แวร์ที่มีบทบาทสำคัญในการจัดการและประมวลผลข้อมูลจากระบบ RFID เพื่อช่วยให้องค์กรสามารถติดตามข้อมูลของวัตถุได้แบบเรียลไทม์และเชื่อมโยงกระบวนการผลิตได้อย่างราบรื่น สำหรับอนาคตของการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยี RFID จะต้องมีการเชื่อมต่อกับเทคโนโลยี IoT และการนำ AI มาประยุกต์ใช้ เพื่อเพิ่มความรวดเร็วในหลากหลายกระบวนการ รวมถึงเข้ามามีส่วนช่วยในกระบวนการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันเพื่อลดข้อผิดพลาดจากปัญหาเครื่องจักรชำรุด การผลิตหยุดชะงัก และลดค่าใช้จ่ายในการซ่อมบำรุง โดยได้มีการยกกรณีศึกษา รวมถึงความท้าทายของการนำเทคโนโลยี RFID ไปใช้ในแต่ละอุตสาหกรรมอีกด้วย
นอกจากนี้ คุณธีรพล จันทร์สี่ทิศ ยังได้มีการแนะนำเทคโนโลยี RFID และโซลูชันต่างๆ จากบริษัท ซาโต้ ออโต้-ไอดี (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด เพื่อการนำไปใช้บูรณาการเข้ากับระบบพื้นฐานที่มีอยู่ พร้อมทั้งสาธิตผลิตภัณฑ์และระบบการทำงาน เพื่อเสริมอาวุธทางการแข่งขัน อันจะมีส่วนช่วยให้ผู้ประกอบการสามารถลดต้นทุน เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินงาน และปรับปรุงคุณภาพในกระบวนการผลิตแบบอัตโนมัติ
In today’s competitive landscape, automotive, electronics, and logistics businesses, including the food industry must leverage cutting-edge technologies to stay ahead. SATO Auto-ID (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has acknowledged the significant role of RFID technology and, in response, hosted a seminar titled ‘Unlocking the Future: RFID’s Impact on Automotive, Electronics, and Logistics’ at the Classic Kameo Hotel at Ayutthaya. The event was organized to showcase advanced technologies that will propel the industry forward into the digital era.
The seminar was graced by Dr. Suthat Krongchon, President of the Thai IoT Association, who provided valuable insights into applying Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology for asset traceability and management. He elaborated on the hardware and software systems integral to managing and processing data from RFID systems, enabling organizations to track the data in real-time and seamlessly integrate production processes. Looking toward the future, the development of RFID technology will require its integration with IoT technologies, as well as the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to expedite various processes and facilitate preventive maintenance to mitigate machine failures, production delays, and maintenance expenses. He also presented case studies that emphasized the challenges associated with implementing RFID technology across each industry.
Furthermore, Mr. Theerapol Janseetis introduced RFID technology and solutions offered by SATO Auto-ID (Thailand) Co., Ltd., illustrating how these solutions can be integrated into existing systems. He also demonstrated the products and systems associated with each station, showcasing how they can enhance competitive advantages by helping manufacturers reduce costs, increase operational efficiency, and elevate the quality of automated processes.
