            While the growing interest in both healthy aging and joint
            health is driving new product opportunities, some brands
            are struggling to connect with vegetarian consumers.
            Nowadays, consumers are aware that collagen plays an
            important role in joint health and mobility. Collagen is an
            animal-origin protein, the main component of connective
