สถาบันโภชนาการ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล จับมือ ซีพี ฟู้ดแล็บ หน่วยงานวิจัยอาหารซีพีแรม สร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมด้านอาหารเพื่อคุณภาพชีวิตประชาชนไทย
นครปฐม, 1 เมษายน 2562 – สถาบันโภชนาการ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ร่วมมือกับ ซีพี ฟู้ดแล็บ จำกัด หน่วยงานวิจัยอาหารซีพีแรม จัดการสัมมนาวิชาการในโอกาสลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือ ทางวิชาการ (MOU) เพื่อสนับสนุนและยกระดับการพัฒนาวิชาการด้านโภชนาการ สร้างองค์ความรู้ สร้างเครือข่าย และนวัตกรรมต่างๆ ตลอดจนนำผลงานทางวิชาการไปใช้ประโยชน์ โดยได้รับเกียรติจากผู้บริหารระดับสูง มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล คณาจารย์สถาบันโภชนาการ ผู้บริหารระดับสูง บริษัท ซีพีแรม จำกัด และผู้บริหารระดับสูง บริษัท ซีพี ฟู้ดแล็บ จำกัด ร่วมเป็นสักขีพยานในพิธีดังกล่าว โดยความร่วมมือ ของทั้งสองหน่วยงานนี้จะครอบคลุมในเรื่อง การศึกษาและพัฒนากิจกรรมวิชาการและวิจัยด้านอาหาร เพื่อโภชนาการจากการมีส่วนร่วมของพหุภาคีที่สาคัญ อาทิ นักวิชาการ ภาคธุรกิจ และชุมชนท้องถิ่น เป็นต้น การสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือเพื่อส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมด้านโภชนาการ อาทิ ร่วมพัฒนานวัตกรรมอาหารผ่านโครงการวิจัย สนับสนุนการจัดทำห้องปฏิบัติการ เป็นต้น การจัดกิจกรรมต่างๆ ในพื้นที่สถาบันโภชนาการ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล และ/หรือ ซีพี ฟู้ดแล็บ จำกัด […]

เกษตรกรเลี้ยงไก่ปลื้ม แนวทางแก้ปัญหาไข่ไก่ช่วยดันราคาเพิ่มใกล้ต้นทุน
29 มีนาคม 2562 – นายสุเทพ สุวรรณรัตน์ นายกสมาคมผู้เลี้ยงไก่ไข่ภาคใต้ เปิดเผยว่า ราคาไข่ไก่คละหน้าฟาร์มเกษตรกรจากการสำรวจทั่วประเทศในปัจจุบันพบว่า ราคาปรับเพิ่มขึ้นมาอยู่ที่ 2.50 บาทต่อฟอง หลังจากเกษตรกรแบกรับภาวะขาดทุนมานานกว่า 1 ปี เป็นผลมาจากความร่วมมือของทุกภาคส่วน ทั้งภาครัฐ เอกชน ผู้ประกอบการรายใหญ่ รายกลาง และรายย่อย ที่ขานรับมาตรการแก้ปัญหาราคาไข่ไก่ของกรมปศุสัตว์ กระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ตั้งแต่ผู้ประกอบการภาคเอกชนผู้นำเข้าปู่ย่าพันธุ์ (GP) และพ่อแม่พันธุ์ไก่ไข่ (PS) รวม 16 บริษัท ที่ร่วมกันลด GP ให้เหลือ 3,800 ตัว และลด PS ให้เหลือ 460,000 ตัว พร้อมทั้งเร่งรวบรวมไข่ไก่สดส่งออกไปจำหน่ายต่างประเทศมากกว่า 138 ล้านฟอง ควบคู่กับการลดจำนวนแม่ไก่ไข่ยืนกรง 4,000,000ตัว “ราคาไข่ไก่เริ่มปรับเพิ่มขึ้น เกิดจากจำนวนแม่ไก่ยืนกรงและพ่อแม่พันธุ์ไก่ไข่ลดลง ขณะเดียวกันปริมาณไข่ไก่ส่วนเกินจากการบริโภคก็ถูกผลักดันออกไปจำหน่ายในตลาดต่างประเทศ ทำให้ราคาไข่มีเสถียรภาพมากขึ้น และมีแนวโน้มจะปรับสูงขึ้นได้อีก หากทุกคนยังให้ความร่วมมือกับมาตรการของภาครัฐ แม้ว่าราคาจะไม่สูงถึงขนาดที่เกษตรกรจะมีกำไรมากมาย แต่ก็ถือว่าใกล้เคียงกับต้นทุนการผลิต ทำให้เกษตรกรพอมีรายได้ในการทำอาชีพนี้ได้ต่อไป […]
