และเครื่องดื่มที่เข้าชมงาน 20,142 ราย จาก 72 ประเทศทั่วโลก เพิ่มขึ้นจาก
การจัดงานในปี 2015 ถึงร้อยละ 19 และมีผู้ เข้าร่วมชมงานต่างชาติเพิ่มขึ้ น
กว่าร้อยละ40โดยผู้เข้ าชมงานได้พบกับผู้ประกอบการอุตสาหกรรมส่วนผสม
อาหารและเครื่องดื่ มกว่า 891 บริษัท จาก 51 ประเทศ จึงท� ำให้งานในครั้งนี้
เป็นเสมื อนแพลตฟอร์มทางธุรกิจที่รวบรวมผู้ประกอบการอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร
และเครื่องดื่มระดับนานาชาติอย่างแท้จริง
