Regulations for Thai Brewers and Distillers (2000 - present)

• ผ้้ถืือหุ้นต้องเป็นสัญช่าติไทย ไม่น้อยกว่า 51%
สุราพิเศษ • กำาลังการผลิตขั�นตำ่า 3 หมื่นลิตรต่อวัน พื�นที่โรงงานไม่น้อยกว่า 200 ไร่

วิสกี, บรั่นดี, ยิน • หากกำาลังการผลิตเกิน 3 หมื่นลิตรต่อวัน ต้องขยายพื�นที่ให้สอดคล้องกัน
(มีแอลกอฮอล์ 28 ดีกรี) • อย้่ห่างจากแหล่งนำ�าสาธารณะไม่น้อยกว่า 2 กิโลเมตร
• At least 51% of issued shares must be held by Thai nationals.
Special products, • Distillers must have a minimum production capacity of 30,000 liters per day

• Brewers must have registered capital of at least THB 10 m.
• Large-scale brewers must have a production capacity of at least 10 million
liters per year.
• Small-scale brewers producing for sale in their own outlets (e.g. brewpubs)
should have a production capacity of not less than 100,000 liters per year
