The primary principle for the production of beverages from
golden cordyceps that manufacturers can adhere to is as
follows:
1. Golden cordyceps should be sourced from quality
suppliers or origins. In addition to the compliance with the
regulations established by the Food and Drug Administration
(FDA), For high-quality golden cordyceps, if the amount of
cordycepin in the raw material exceeds the FDA limit,
evidence of the safety of research in vitro and in vivo must
be provided. According to the research group’s data,
beverages containing vegan golden cordyceps can more
effectively reduce heat accumulation that originates from
consumption than worm-grown cordyceps.
