             The Most Recently Enforced Food Regulations
             Notification of the Ministry of Public Health No.390 (B.E.2561 (2018))
             Issued by virtue of the Food Act B.E.2522

             Re: Prescribed foods which have criteria, condition,

             and method of use in food produced for sale, imported for sale or sold




               The Ministry of Public Health, through the Food and Drug       (B)  Food produced for export;
            Administration and by virtue of the Food Act B.E.2522, issued the   (3)   Stevia which scientific name is Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni
            Notification of the Ministry of Public Health No.390 B.E.2561 (2018)   and products from stevia is permitted only for the following cases:
