Climate change affects all sectors, and Better Pack Co., Ltd. is also concerned about these problems. To be one of sustainable
driving, we need to change our packaging to be more earth-friendly. Therefore, the method of packaging production has been
altered to be more environmentally friendly, also known as biodegradable and recycled material. We should also consider how
to use less material and look for new ideas to develop innovations in packaging. Meanwhile, it is crucial to educate people
about recycling. Currently, the company has machines for packaging with smart features that make production more efficient,
reduce energy consumption, and use appropriate packaging without using more packaging materials than necessary. These
can contribute to the food and beverage industry becoming even more sustainable.

In the packaging industry, the factors that are affecting global warming the most are end-of-life packaging and machine energy
consumption, which is also linked to greenhouse gas being released into the atmosphere. Whereas one of the most sustainable
packaging materials, despite its bad reputation, is PET. Therefore, Sidel invested heavily in solving the problem and campaigning
for the use of recyclable PET packaging material by producing bottles using our own blow machine as well as reducing the
equipment energy consumption through breakthrough innovations. Sidel also launched 1SKIN™, a new bottle designed to
help the packaging industry be sustainable and transition to rPET bottle production. This 1L PET beverage bottle is made of
100% rPET. The QR code printed on the cap also provides information to consumers. Additionally, by replacing virgin with
recycled PET, 1SKIN™ also lowers CO emissions 5 times over, and 1SKIN™ offers premium, sustainable packaging with 10

times less CO emissions.
