Ten NozzleAuto Filling Machine: KWT-8100F
is the liquid packing machine such as mineral
water, fruit juices and non-foaming liquid. The
machine is made of stainless steel #304,
available in various packaging bottle sizes.
The machine capacity can be expanded later.
There is one stainless steel centrifugal pump
and digital LCD touch screen devices as well
as filling nozzle holding device and uplift
assembly with a huge solenoid valve. The
option is product feeding turn table in diameter
of 650/800/1, 000 mm and filling volume
range 500 ml. to 1,500 ml. The machine is
equipped with one air compressor with dryer
and safety control systemwith sensors made
from Germany.

Direct Contact Desuperheaters reduce the
temperature of superheated steam to produce
steam temperatures approaching saturation
temperature to cool the superheated steam; water
is entrained and flashed into vapor by absorbing
heat from the steam. Typical applications include
reducing the temperature of steam discharged
from turbine by-pass systems on power plants for
heat exchangers, dump stations etc, improving
heat transfer of indirect contact heat exchangers -
shell and tube, plate type, reactor heating jackets
etc, and reducing the temperature of steam on
direct contact applications – food industry kettles,
in-line steam heaters, tobacco drying plant and
paper mills.

50-100 micron thickness. Suitable for high
production capability, can do up to 10 lanes.
For liquid product i.e. sauce lotion shampoo
fabric-softener ranging from 1 – 200 ml. The
machine can be dosing other products i.e.
granulate, powder depending on dosing head,
for example, cup, auger.
