A new vacuum fryer comes with Vac-Tec
technology and uses a steam system for
heating resource. The fryer can reduce oil
oxidation and pre-oxidation to minimum
resulting in non oily fried products.
Meanwhile, the taste and flavors are fully
retained in the fried products as well as
nutrition components. The fryer is suitable
for frying vegetable, fruit, and meats.
