7.1. Food additives. Declare thename
of food additives alongwith the INS
codes, anddeclare the amount as
percentage (%) indescendingorder
of proportion.
7.2.Other ingredients. Declare
the name of ingredients listed in
descendingorder of proportion.
In the caseof flavorings, spices
andherbs shall be declaredas
designated.
Shall bedeclaredon the label or in the
manual/documents relating to the sale.
7.1.Foodadditives. Declare thenames
of food additiveswith INS codes
in descending order of proportion.
7.2.Other ingredients. Declare thename
of ingredients listed in descendingorder
of proportion. In the case of flavorings,
spices andherbs shall be declaredas
designated. In addition, if there is no
percentage listing of food additives
declaredon the label, it shall specify,
“These are rawmaterials for food
processingonly” or other similar
statement .

เป็นต้นไปทั้งนี้ ให้ผู้ผลิตหรือผู้นำ�เข้�วัตถุ เจือปนอ�ห�รที่ได้รับอนุ ญ�ตอยู่ก่อน
วันที่ 29 มกร�คม พ.ศ.2557 ต้องปฏิบัติให้ ถูกต้องต�มประก�ศฉบับนี้ และ
อ�จใช้ฉล�กเดิมที่ เหลืออยู่ต่อไปได้ แต่ต้องไม่เกินวันที่ 28มกร�คมพ.ศ.2558

ฉบับนี้ ถือว่�เป็นก�รแสดงฉล�กไม่ถู กต้อง ฝ่ �ฝืนประก�ศซึ่งออกต�ม
