Globally, approximately 14 percent of food worth $400 billion is
lost every year throughout the harvesting, transportation, and
retail sectors . Meanwhile, approximately 17% of food is wasted

จากรายงานสถานการณ์์ทั่่�วโลก พบว่ามีีการสูญเสียอาหาร
(Food Loss) ประมีาณ์ร้อยละ 14 โดยมีีมีูลค่่าสูงถึง 4
แสนล้านดอลลาร์ ซึ่ึ�งเกิดขึ้ึ�นทัุ่กปีในระหว่างการเก็บเกี�ยว
