These clauses are stated to ensure that food operator shall have a system in place to be
kept informed of and reviews. Therefore, the objective of this clause is to ensure that food
operator remains up to date, is able to meet legislation (relevant legislation, scientific and
technicaldevelopment, industrycodesofpractice)andcanadapt it into their foodsafetysystem.
