In an effort to take efficiency to the next level,
PreziosiFoodwas looking to replace itsexisting
bagger with an automated packaging system
that was easy to use, while also optimising
throughput rates.Witha relatively limitedamount
of spaceavailable, a keydeciding factor for the
manufacturerwas system footprint.Asa result,
itwas imperative for thenewsystem tomaximise
thecompany’sprocessingspaceand resources.

of 180 bags per minute (bpm) while offering
efficienciesof up to99per cent of target output.
