4.1 Domestic produced food

4.1.1Text of “Manufacturers”
or “Manufactured by” in case of
manufacturer;
4.1.2 Text of “Packers” or
“Packed by” in case of packer;
4.1.3 Text of “Head Office”
in case of manufacturer or packer
intends todisplaynameandaddress
of headoffice.
4.2 Food additives imported from
foreign countries shall be declared
name and address of importer by
having text of “importer”or “imported
by” appeared together, and name
and country of manufacturers shall
bedeclared.
Manufacturing lot by having text of
“Lot number” appeared together or
other text that provides traceability
of theproduct.
Netcontentof foodadditives inmetric
system shall bedeclaredas follows;
6.1 Food additives in solid form, by
net weight;
6.2 Food additives in liquid or semi-
solid form, either by net weight or
net volume;
6.3Foodadditives in tabletorcapsule
form, by net weight and number of
tablets or capsules;
