ข้อมูลจากกระทรวงพาณิ ชย์ระบุ ว่ ามู ลค่าการส่งออกจากไทย
ไปสหภาพยุโรปในช่วงเดื อนมกราคม-มิถุนายน 2558 ปรั บตัว
ลดลงร้อยละ6.95สอดคล้องกับมูลค่ าการส่งออกในรายการที่เคย
ได้รับสิทธิ GSP ที่ปรับตัวลดลงร้อยละ 8.09 เมื่อเทียบกั บช่วงเดียวกัน
ของปีก่อนหน้า ซึ่ งการหดตั วดังกล่าวนอกจากสะท้อนความอ่ อนแรง
ของตลาด EU แล้วยังบ่ งชี้ถึ งการสู ญเสี ยศักยภาพการแข่ งขั นของ
สินค้ าไทยในสินค้าบางรายการเมื่ อเทียบกับคู ่แข่ง โดยสินค้ าส่ งออก
ที่ได้รับผลกระทบมากที่สุดอยู่ในกลุ่มเครื่องปรับอากาศและส่วนประกอบ
เครื่องนุ่งห่ม ผลิตภัณฑ์ อาหารทะเลและอาหารทะเลแปรรูป รวมไปถึ ง
ยางพาราและผลิตภัณฑ์
According to theMinistryofCommerce, theGSPcancellation
has substantially reduced our exports to Europe during
January to June, contracting 6.95 percent YoY, in tandem
with an 8.09-percent decline inThai exported productswhich had
previously been granted GSP privileges. The decrease not only
reflectssluggishEUmarkets,butalso thedeteriorationofour trade
competitiveness in some items, particularly air conditioners and
components, garments, seafoodandprocessingproducts, aswell
as rubber and its products.
Nevertheless, tocopewithsuchcircumstances,Thai business
operatorswhowish tomaintainEuropeas theirmajormarketmay
adjust themselves inseveralaspects inaccordancewith thenature
ofeach industry,e.g., relocating theirproductionbase to the region.
Thailand’sFDI in theEU ison the rise.
In 2014, according to Bank of Thailand, our outstanding outward
FDI stock in the economic zone was at USD5.2 billion, of which
36.2 percent was poured into the UK, 25.8 percent in the

กระทบต่อการส่งออกสินค้าไทย ทั้งนี้ ผลจากการตัดสิ ทธิ GSP ทุกรายการสินค้าในปี 2558 ส่งผลให้มูลค่าการส่งออกของไทยไปสหภาพยุ โรป
ปรับตัวลดลงอย่างมีนัยยะ
Thai exports to Europe are facing pressure on several fronts, including the EU’s removal of GSP benefits for all
our export items on January 1, 2015, tougher trade rules in the economic bloc, plus aweakening Euro that has
boosted prices of Thai products exported to the region.
